Terms of Return

Customers may return goods that have been ordered and received and are not subject to any additional charges or service fees as long as you have paid for your order under the following conditions :

  1. The item you receive does not match the item ordered, based on the article, color and size of the item.
  2. Items to be returned must not be in a used and washed condition. Goods must be in complete condition and in the same condition as when the goods were received (complete with price tags, packaging, and proof of payment).
  3. The item you received is defective or damaged.
  4. Items can be returned within a maximum period of 7 days after receipt.
  5. Customers are only allowed to make 1x exchange of products that have been purchased.
  6. Shoe care products and socks are not allowed to be returned for any reason.
  • When receiving goods, it is mandatory to do Video Unboxing, if you do not do Video Unboxing Customer cannot make a claim if the goods received are defective / damaged or the number of goods received is less.

Returning process

  1. Contact customer service via email at cs.transmarcoid@transmaco.asia within 7 days of receipt of the item with the return form.
  2. Our customer service will contact you via email address or phone to confirm.
  3. We will arrange a time to send back the new item. The shipping address for the exchange must be the same as the order address when the return is processed.
  4. When we receive the goods and checked by our Customer Service (within 1 month / 30 working days, after the goods are received), we will process the refund to your account.

Return shipping

  1. Please put the return address in the Customer Service Form on the outside of the shipping package.
  2. We will process the return if the returned item has been received by us.
  3. If there are costs for the return process caused by us due to products received that are not suitable, defective products, different sizes from those ordered, and damaged products when received. Then we will cover the shipping costs with a maximum of Rp. 30,000 which will be included in the costs in the customer's account.
